Parking Land at Raden Inten Managed by East Jakarta Parking Taskforce

The East Jakarta Parking Taskforce starts to manage parking land on Jalan Raden Inten, Duren Sawit which previously handled by one of local community organizations.

East Jakarta Parking Taskforce Head, Jeneral Damanik, said his side only manages one of cafes' parking land. It is not including vehicles parked on roadside and sidewalk.

Two Areas Arrangement in South Jakarta Completed

The revenue, he added will be sent to regional treasury through Jakarta Parking Management Unit.

"We have deployed two parking officers to manage at the area. Vehicles parked on roadside and sidewalk are not our authority," he said, Monday (4/22).

Meanwhile, East Jakarta Parking Taskforce's Operational Manager, Yunian Karyanto, stated his party is obliged to carry out guidance and permits for parking on existing land in Jakarta based on Bylaw No/2022 about Parking.

"The parking area is officially managed by Jakarta Parking Management Unit," he stated.
